Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can drive our SEO and Social Media Marketing SMM strategies while also managing the day-to-day operations of the office This role requires a balance of digital marketing expertise organizational management and leadership capabilities Key Responsibilities SEO SMM Plan execute and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking traffic and conversions Lead social media marketing campaigns organic paid across Meta Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and other platforms Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and performance reporting Monitor trends algorithms and industry best practices to optimize campaigns Manage marketing team providing guidance and performance oversight Office Management Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams Coordinate with different departments to align marketing and operational goals Manage vendor relationships procurement and administrative activities Track key operational metrics and management report Foster a positive work culture by supporting both creative and administrative needs Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing Robust knowledge of SEO tools Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Hands-on experience with social media ads Meta Ads Manager Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Experience in office operations management preferred Strong leadership organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and reporting abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
