Area Business Manager We are seeking a highly motivated Area Business Manager to lead and manage the sales operations in a defined geographical area The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales strategy overseeing the sales team building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and achieving business targets You will play a key role in expanding the reach of Biocent Scientific s product portfolio while ensuring superior service delivery and compliance with company standards Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets within the assigned area Lead motivate and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal performance and results Cultivate robust relationships with healthcare professionals hospitals clinics and other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry Analyze market trends identify business opportunities and provide insights to senior management for future product development and marketing strategies Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets within the assigned area Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing logistics and regulatory to ensure smooth operations and availability of products in the market Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies maintaining the highest ethical standards in all business activities Track and report on team performance market conditions and sales data providing actionable insights for continued growth Organize and participate in promotional activities conferences and seminars to enhance the company s visibility and strengthen customer relationships Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences or a related field An MBA is a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role Proven track record in sales and team management within the pharmaceutical sector Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market sales processes and customer relationship management Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel within the assigned region Native Candidates only Preferred Gorakpur only and should be ready to travel extensively Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
