Job Title Architect A reputed interior design company looking for a talented Architect to join our team Key Responsibilities Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs aligned with client requirements Prepare drawings plans and 3D models for interior and structural elements Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations Collaborate with interior designers contractors and engineers to execute projects successfully Assist in material selection cost estimation and project planning Conduct site visits to supervise construction progress and ensure design quality Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture Robust knowledge of interior design principles including space planning materials colour schemes furniture design and lighting Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp 3D Max or other architectural design software Knowledge of building codes construction techniques and sustainable design practices Strong creative visualization and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
