Job Overview We are seeking a Project Coordinator Liaison Officer to handle communication coordination and project support between the Head Office and the Karnataka State Election Commission Office including District Election Offices across Karnataka The candidate must be proficient in Kannada read write and English with Hindi as an added advantage Basic IT-related project knowledge is required Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between Head Office and State District Election Offices in Karnataka Coordinate official communications updates and follow-ups with election authorities Prepare and manage reports project documentation and official correspondence Support IT-enabled project activities such as data handling MIS and reporting Track project progress escalate issues and ensure timely task completion Provide regular updates and status reports to Head Office Maintain structured records for audit compliance and review purposes Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline MBA preferred Language Skills Kannada read write - Mandatory English - Mandatory Hindi - Preferred Basic understanding of IT-related project workflows Excel portals MIS documentation Solid communication coordination and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders Preferred Attributes Prior experience in government projects election-related assignments Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a structured process-driven environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
