Comcast brings together the best in media and technology We drive innovation to create the world s best entertainment and online experiences As a Fortune 50 leader we set the pace in a variety of innovative and fascinating businesses and create career opportunities across a wide range of locations and disciplines We are at the forefront of change and move at an amazing pace thanks to our remarkable people who bring cutting-edge products and services to life for millions of customers every day If you share in our passion for teamwork our vision to revolutionize industries and our goal to lead the future in media and technology we want you to fast-forward your career at Comcast Job Summary Responsible for planning and designing current software and web applications Analyzes tests and assists with the integration of new applications Documents all development activity Assists with training non-technical personnel Has in-depth experience knowledge and skills in own discipline Usually determines own work priorities Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration Description Join the Universals Identity and Access Management team and help sustain and enhance critical Identity Governance and Administration IGA solutions that support enterprise workforce The Sustaining IGA Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the ongoing reliability performance and compliance of our IGA services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot optimize and evolve existing capabilities Responsibilities Support and maintain existing IGA platforms e g SailPoint including system health performance tuning and issue resolution Troubleshoot complex production issues related to user lifecycle provisioning role management and access reviews Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring incidents Partner with development security and operations teams to support secure compliant identity services Monitor and report on IGA service metrics to ensure SLAs and business expectations are met Manage routine tasks such as role reviews access certifications rule updates and policy enforcement Document processes workflows technical configurations and known issues Provide support for application onboarding and ensure adherence to existing standards and governance frameworks Participate in audits compliance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Basic Requirements Bachelor s degree in Information Security Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance Administration IGA within a large enterprise Working knowledge of IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ Saviynt or Microsoft Entra ID Experience supporting identity lifecycle automation user provisioning and access review processes Familiarity with integration standards e g REST APIs SAML OAuth and identity-related protocols Experience with troubleshooting Java-based connectors and scripting in BeanShell PowerShell or JavaScript Strong understanding of RBAC policy enforcement and audit reporting mechanisms Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong documentation and process orientation Desired Characteristics Experience maintaining large-scale SailPoint environments Experience supporting Zero Trust or least-privilege initiatives Experience participating in security audits or regulatory assessments We believe that benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most and should help you care for those who matter most That s why we provide an array of options expert guidance and always-on tools that are personalized to meet the needs of your reality to help support you physically financially and emotionally through the big milestones and in your everyday life Please visit the on our careers site for more details Education Bachelor s Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience or who have extensive related professional experience Certifications if applicable Relevant Work Experience 5-7 Years Comcast is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace We will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race color religion age sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability veteran status genetic information or any other basis protected by applicable law
