Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in outbound calling lead conversion and customer engagement You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building customer relationships Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales Follow up on previous interactions warm leads and referrals Explain Services features and benefits clearly and persuasively Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Handle objections professionally and work toward resolving customer queries Train and mentor junior telecallers if required Provide feedback to the management on customer responses and market trends Requirements Minimum qualification Graduate in any stream 1-3 years of experience in telecalling telesales or customer support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing ability and sales orientation Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets Fluency in language s e g English and Hindi add regional if relevant Preferred Industry Experience Optional E g Real Estate Insurance Banking Education Healthcare BPO etc Job Type Full time Pay 8 086 00 - 15 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
