Job description About the Company Quantic India is an internationally recognized Business Media Company with over 6 years of experience hosting Technology Cyber Security Data Analytics BFSI DevOps conferences and Master class B2B Summits and In house training across APAC Website Job type In office Location Malad West Mumbai Working days Monday- Friday 10 00 AM to 6 30 PM Minimum 1 year of experience in event management required Salary Range 18000 -Per Month to 22 000 - Per Month Job summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our team The role primarily involves curating high-quality conference agendas managing speaker communications and ensuring smooth event production The individual will play a key role in research content curation and post-event reporting helping us deliver outstanding events that drive industry engagement and thought leadership Roles and Responsibilities of a Production Executive Research and identify relevant industry topics and trends to develop compelling conference agendas This includes selecting and inviting expert speakers panellists and moderators who can provide valuable insights and knowledge to the attendees The individual will be responsible for calling decision-makers from companies and inviting them to be speakers at the events Responsible for communicating with speakers providing them with necessary information and ensuring they are well-prepared for their panel discussions This may involve coordinating travel arrangements collecting presentation materials and conducting speaker rehearsals if needed Curate and review presentation materials ensuring they align with the conference theme and objectives Additionally assist in editing and formatting content for promotional materials conference websites and post-event resources After the conference or event provide content for the post-event report which will be created by the design team Responsible for posting relevant articles and social media updates regarding ongoing events and Quantic Connect initiatives Requirements Qualifications Criteria Bachelor s degree in BMS BCom ask which relevant fields Communication skills English fluency Keen about research Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 216 000 00 - 264 000 00 per year Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month
