Roles and Responsibilities - 1 To plan the layout design and specifications in terms of space availability 2 To maintain drawings 3 To prepare design briefs 4 To design and develop working drawings 5 To conduct area analysis to prepare preliminary proposals and generate feasibility reports 6 To coordinate with principal architects structural consultants and service consultants for project construction drawings MEP Structural etc 7 To coordinate for estimation and tendering 8 To prepare and submit the drawings to the BMC 9 To meet clients and solve spot problems on -site by interacting with site project Managers and engineers 10 To interpret construction codes and standards 11 To report the progress to the Management To carry out other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time Must-Have Skill Set 5 years of prior liaising experience for residential commercial mixed-use projects Excellent drafting skills on AutoCAD Autodesk Revit Efficient architectural and interior design knowledge A deep understanding of existing bylaws and building codes Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
