ey Responsibilities 1 HR Operations Administration Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant including attendance payroll inputs leave management and employee records Ensure timely onboarding and exit formalities Handle HR MIS and documentation for audits and internal controls 2 Industrial Relations IR Maintain harmonious employee relations with union and non-union staff Act as liaison with labor unions handle negotiations grievances and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with labor laws Factories Act PF ESI Gratuity etc 3 Recruitment Manpower Planning Coordinate with department heads for manpower forecasting and planning Hire blue-collar and white-collar employees as per requirement Conduct skill assessments and interviews in collaboration with functional heads 4 Training Development Identify training needs through skill gap analysis Implement training calendar for technical and behavioral development Monitor training effectiveness and employee development 5 Employee Engagement Welfare Drive employee engagement programs and welfare initiatives at the plant Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements Organize cultural sports and team-building activities 6 Statutory Compliance Ensure 100 compliance with all applicable labor laws Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits Maintain up-to-date statutory records and returns Qualifications MBA PGDM in HR or equivalent 6-12 years of experience in plant HR preferably in manufacturing or a similar setup Positive knowledge of labor laws and HR practices Key Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of IR and labor law compliance Analytical and problem-solving ability Stakeholder management Job Type Full-time Pay 24 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
