Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and confident Outbound Tele-caller to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers introducing our products or services answering queries and converting leads into appointments or sales Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads Explain product or service offerings clearly and confidently Follow communication scripts and sales guidelines Handle objections and provide relevant information to build interest Record customer details and conversation outcomes accurately Follow up on leads regularly to drive conversions Meet or exceed daily weekly call and conversion targets Maintain professionalism and customer focus in every interaction Requirements 10th 12th pass or graduate any stream Good communication skills in Hindi English or Telugu Basic computer knowledge MS Excel CRM usage a plus Confidence persistence and a positive attitude Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure Previous experience in tele-calling sales or customer service is a plus not mandatory What We Offer Fixed salary performance-based incentives Training and skill development programs Friendly and supportive work environment Chance to grow within the company Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid time off Language Hindi Preferred English Required Work Location In person
