Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs Write and post job descriptions on various job boards company website and social media platforms Source and screen resumes and applications Conduct interviews phone video in-person and assess candidates qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Manage and update the applicant tracking system ATS Perform background checks and verify employment references Extend job offers and handle negotiation processes Support new hire onboarding and orientation Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process Represent the company at career fairs and other recruiting events Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role 1-3 years preferred Familiarity with applicant tracking systems e g Workday Lever Greenhouse Strong sourcing skills using job boards LinkedIn and other platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices Experience recruiting in industry-specific roles e g IT healthcare retail etc Certification in HR e g PHR SHRM-CP is a plus Job Type Full time Pay 9 000 73 - 18 000 55 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
