The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises personnel and assets This includes monitoring premises controlling access preventing unauthorized entry and responding to incidents or emergencies as per protocols Key Responsibilities Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees visitors and vehicles Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish security presence Check surveillance cameras and alarm systems periodically Respond to alarms emergencies and suspicious activity immediately Report any irregularities such as property damage theft or presence of unauthorized persons Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports Ensure proper locking of doors gates and windows during off hours Assist during evacuation procedures and emergency drills Comply with legal requirements and company security policies Qualifications Minimum 10th 12th standard pass Prior experience in security or military police background preferred Physically fit and alert at all times Basic knowledge of security equipment e g CCTV metal detectors Valuable observation communication and reporting skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Hindi Preferred
