Job Summary We are looking for a Field Service engineer who will be responsible for commissioning and testing new products and improving existing products To be successful as a service engineer you should have engineering and design knowledge solid knowledge of the prototype design process and strong written and verbal communication skills Ultimately a good product developer should be highly creative possess the ability to problem-solve and work well within a team Key Activities Responsibilities Commissioning and Testing Responding to customer complaints and resolving problems with the equipment Installing repairing testing and maintaining equipment Providing customer training feedback and reports on the product Developing and maintaining relations with customers Analyzing and reviewing findings to determine the solution to the problem Education Bachelor s degree in electrical Electronic Instrumentation engineering or industrial design Diploma in Electrical Electronic Instrumentation engineering or industrial design Experience Proven working experience of at least 2 years as a service engineer Required Skills and Capabilities Have exposure to Modbus TCP IP RS-232 Have exposure in any language i e Java SQL Python Be comfortable using Windows Be comfortable using PCB design software Altium or Autodesk Be comfortable using design software SOLIDWORKS or Autodesk Be comfortable using MS Office Work well within a team Creative and innovative thinking skills Problem-solving skills Location Thane Working days Monday to Saturday Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 081 26 - 23 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Modbus TCP IP 1 year Required RS232 1 year Required Work Location In person
