Job Title Accounts Manager Location Okatti Impex LLP Madhapur Hyderabad Department Finance Accounts Reports To Director CFO Job Purpose To lead and manage the accounting department ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance with local and international financial regulations and efficient handling of export-related finance operations The Accounts Manager will oversee all financial transactions coordinate audits manage taxation and ensure smooth financial operations across multiple markets including the UK Italy and Middle East Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations including AP AR general ledger bank reconciliations and payroll Manage export-related financial documentation including LC Letter of Credit Bill of Lading export invoices and foreign exchange management Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and statements Ensure statutory compliance including GST TDS Income Tax and other local international regulations Manage cash flow budgeting and forecasting activities to support business strategy Liaise with auditors banks and external agencies Coordinate with production logistics and export departments to track costing and profitability Monitor and manage inventory valuation and cost accounting Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity Evaluate and optimize financial systems accounting software and procedures Requirements Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Accounting Finance CA ICWA MBA Finance preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in manufacturing export sector Solid understanding of international trade finance and export documentation Proficient in Tally ERP Excel and accounting software Strong leadership communication and analytical skills Knowledge of foreign currency transactions and hedging Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
