Company Description Burma Burma Restaurant Tea Room the sole Pan India specialty Burmese cuisine restaurant brings the robust flavors and intriguing dishes from the streets and homes of Burma to your table Founded by childhood friends Chirag Chhajer Ankit Gupta the concept is deeply rooted in Gupta s Burmese heritage With 13 restaurants and delivery kitchens across the country Burma Burma offers a unique amalgamation of Burmese street food tribal recipes and homestyle cooking presented in a contemporary format The restaurant aims to provide a wholesome dining experience with exceptional food and exemplary service Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Daily activities include drafting and reviewing contracts ensuring legal compliance and managing legal records Responsibilities Draft and review agreements like leave license agreements vendor contracts employment letters and more Make sure all our documents are legally sound and up to date Keep track of renewals and paperwork deadlines Support new outlet openings which will include due diligence of property papers licenses and local permissions Coordinate with landlords brokers and authorities Work with advisors and internal teams to ensure we re ready from a legal and compliance point of view Stay updated on laws that affect our business FSSAI labor laws POSH etc Make sure we re following all regulations across our outlets and offices Coordinate with legal consultants when needed Be the go-to person for legal concerns from our teams Help us manage risk while supporting business goals Qualifications Law graduate LLB with 2-5 years of experience F B retail or hospitality is a bonus Experienced in contract drafting IPR property documentation and company law Familiar with basics of capital markets law compliance filings and general corporate governance Good at communicating organized proactive and able to work independently Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
