We are seeking a Tooling and Die Draughting Engineer specializing in sheet metal forming processes In this role you will transform concepts and techniques into precision tooling and dies to drive product development You will collaborate with design engineers and production teams to refine and optimize designs for manufacturability addressing challenges in sheet metal forming Your expertise will play a key role in delivering creative solutions enhancing product quality and improving overall efficiency Key Responsibilities Analyze product requirements and develop tools dies jigs and fixtures for sheet metal forming Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software SolidWorks AutoCAD Build and test prototypes to validate design accuracy and functionality Optimize tooling designs to enhance manufacturing efficiency reduce costs and minimize downtime Prepare accurate manufacturing drawings and maintain all related documentation Collaborate with design production and quality teams to refine and improve tooling solutions Demonstrate the ability to create and interpret manufacturing drawings with a strong understanding of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance Requirements BE Mechanical DME ITI with above 2 years of experience in tool die Strong knowledge of tool and die design principles and manufacturing techniques Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Hands-on understanding of sheet metal forming processes is preferred About Spectra Overseas At Spectra Overseas we lead with innovation and deliver top-quality products including precision fabrication items to our valued USA-based clients Join us in our pursuit of excellence and continuous growth Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 698 11 - 39 962 17 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Rajkot Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person
