Job Title Sales Client Outreach Executive Location Pune On-field Hybrid Experience Level 0 5 - 2 years preferred Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply Languages Required Fluent in Hindi English and Marathi We are looking for a Sales Client Outreach Executive who can represent our agency confidently generate quality leads pitch our services effectively and build long-term client relationships This role also includes public-facing on-ground engagement such as conducting street interviews business visits and social campaigns Over the next 2 years we plan to expand operations internationally with our base moving to Dubai Hence we are seeking highly driven individuals who align with this vision and are looking for long-term career growth in a fast-paced marketing environment Key Responsibilities Actively reach out to local businesses brands and startups in Pune to pitch agency services especially content video marketing and social media management Manage and grow lead pipeline through in-person meetings DMs cold calls and networking events Conduct on-ground public interviews client vox-pop content and marketing videos Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pitch presentations Work closely with creative and content teams to align on deliverables Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and upselling Regularly track outreach performance lead conversion metrics and improve sales approach Represent the brand in a qualified dynamic and approachable manner Required Skills Strong verbal communication in Hindi English and Marathi Naturally confident outgoing and comfortable being on-camera or in front of people Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Good understanding of basic marketing terms content trends and client psychology Willing to travel locally for client meetings and public content shoots Basic familiarity with social media Canva Google Slides for pitch decks training will be provided What We re Looking For Someone who is not just looking for a job but wants to grow with us long-term A team player with entrepreneurial thinking and self-driven attitude Aligned with our vision to build a global team especially interested in relocating to Dubai in the next 2 years Job Type Full-time Pay 9 905 63 - 35 376 97 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
