JOB DESCRIPTION I JOB DETAILS Job Title In-charge Team Leader - Nursing Reporting Supervisor Deputy Nursing Superintendent II JOB PURPOSE To supervise and coordinate all nursing activities pertaining to the department III KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities To ensure safe excellent delivery of patient care To ensure staff abide by the procedure protocol and policies of the organization To ensure availability of adequate technical and nursing support to the administrative team Time to time patient visit for the patient feedback To ensure narcotic protocols are followed To ensure full availability of resources at all patient homes at all times To ensure that all the nursing protocols are carried out To ensure complete and accurate documentation and recording Responsible for the day to day operations of the departmental activities with regard to the total patient care and administration of staff nurse Comply with the service quality Process environmental occupational issues policies of the respective area Comply with patient safety policy To ensure timely training of staff vendor staff Responsible for infection control and waste management Strong implementation of nursing SOPs and guidelines Develop leaders in various nursing areas and successor for self Building solid training capabilities within nursing team To be flexible with Shift duty as the role requires including night shifts and emergency duties on call basis the monthly planned roaster IV KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables Nursing Audit Score not less than 100 Patient positive feedback TCEQ not less 100 Adherence to training process 90 compliance with training man-days At least 80 of position in and above Charge Nurse level to be filled from within Reporting the Occupational Environmental issues to HOD V JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications GNM B Sc Nursing Post B Sc M Sc Nursing Experience Minimum 7 years of relevant experience Behavioural Skills Strong Analytical skills Excellent Coaching skills Technical Skills Sound Computer knowledge Data Management and Excel preparation Power Point Presentation Language Skills English Hindi VI KEY INTERACTIONS Key Internal Contacts Key External Contacts ANS DNS Asst Medical Superintendent AM - Housekeeping HSS Biomedical Engineering Staff Patients their relatives VCs
