Roles and Requirements:

- Work closely with customer to gather requirements, design solutions, and estimate efforts.

- System development, testing, and deployment

- Manage a small team, coordinate deliverables

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

- Should be able to deliver with minimum handholding.

- Track record in implementing, maintaining, and improving platforms in Billing

- Support day-to-day queries and analysis from business, finance, dev, QA, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Business Operations, Finance, and Business Analysts to gather and understand business requirements.

- Design and enhance workflows to meet business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Implement performance improvements to ensure optimal system performance.

- Support the DevOps team in automating Zuora deployments and ensuring successful changes to production.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Zuora implementations and changes.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Zuora and related technologies.

- Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, issues, and solutions.

Skillsets

- Valuable understanding of Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs.





- Product Catalog and Charge Models

- Expert in Zuora Invoice template creation and updating.

- Payments, Bill runs, billing document posting, Invoice, CM & HTML templates

- Worked on Zuora Order line-item feature - Create Order line-item, create Invoice order line item.

- Subscription lifecycle management Create, update, renew, cancel etc.

- Reconciliations and troubleshooting for month end processes

- Mass create/update/delete at/for multiple objects

- Experience in developer tools, postman tools

- Experience integrating to ecommerce, payment gateways, Data analytics platforms, and tax system

- Must have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs, Payment Gateways.

- Zuora Workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones.

- In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups like setting up Roles, Permissions, Billing templates

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora configurations, integrations, and data flows.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

- Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on Zuora functionalities and best practices.

- Stay up to date with Zuora product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal system
