Hiring: Zonal Business Manager Genomics

We are looking for a Zonal Business Manager – Genomics for a leading healthcare organization

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and sales for the Genomics portfolio across the assigned zone.
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinicians, and key healthcare partners.
- Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor market trends and implement effective sales strategies.

Preferred Profile

- 6–10 years of experience in Genomics, Molecular Diagnostics, Diagnostics, or Healthcare sales.
- Robust experience in regional/zonal business management and team handling.
- Excellent stakeholder management, business development, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
