- Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the Salaried Loans Business
- Drive internal customer cross-sell as the most significant source of acquisition.
- Drive low cost acquisitions models to ensure higher profitability of salaried loans segment
- Conceive and execute key capability building projects and work across functions to ensure delivery of project objectives, within set timelines.
- Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of Call Centre team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher revenue per employee.
- Responsible for the quality of business acquired/portfolio, work closely with risk & credit teams to take necessary corrective actions.
- Measure productivity and implement training measures to bridge the gap between the actual achievement and the KRAs defined for Call Centre agents.
- Drive passion to build winning teams.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing initiatives and business development activities to enhance business volumes
- Initiate process improvement measures to ensure effective cost management in Call CentreRequired Qualifications and Experience
- Should have a MBA/Post Graduate with 10-12 year of experience in sales and marketing in lending business with 3-4 years in a leadership role.
- Should have handled Call Centre and large size teams in previous role
- Should possess the below skill sets:
