- Responsible for P&L; of North region which includes 10 states of 2 regions North1 (Delhi, NCR, UP,UK, Rajasthan) & North2 (Chandigarh, Punjab, HP, J&K;, Haryana)
- Create sales plan for the zone in line with business objectives.
- Evaluate performance of stores and employees in the zone.
- Report on regional sales results and forecast profit.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Review the Regions/branch management on a monthly basis
- Analyse regional market trends and explore opportunities for growth
- Update the management about the regional operations, profits, customer feedback, and future prospects
- Expand geography and channel reach
