Job Title: Zoho Developer

Responsibilities

- Implement Zoho Business Solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver effective Zoho solutions.

- Design, develop, implement and manage Zoho CRM, Service Suite and Marketing Cloud to enhance sales, marketing, and customer support processes including end to end workflow automations and reporting.

- Integrations and custom solutions

- Integrate Zoho ecosystem with each other Zoho products like Analytics, Creator etc. for seamless data flow.

- Integrate systems seamlessly connecting Zoho applications with third-party tools using APIs and webhooks to ensure smooth data flow.

- Develop custom solutions using Zoho Creator and scripting tools like Deluge.

- Define and manage Zoho solutions and rollouts.

- Develop and maintain operational and management data dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support business decisions.

- Manage projects while defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and quality execution.

- Provide support while troubleshooting issues, maintain Zoho systems, and implement improvements for enhanced functionality.

- Lead from the front by leading and mentoring team members and overseeing their deliverables.





- Stay updated with the latest updates and features within the Zoho platform and evaluate new technologies for continuous system improvement.

- Act as a technical liaison for clients and teams, delivering presentations, status updates, and technical documentation and trainings.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development and deployment.

- Minimum of 2 years specializing in Zoho implementation.

- Minimum of 2 years specializing in designing, customizing and deployment of Zoho CRM, Service Suite, Marketing Cloud, Creator and Analytics.

- Bachelor degree in CS, IT, or a related field.

Must Haves

- Zoho certifications such as Zoho Creator Developer or Zoho CRM Consultant.

- Familiarity with business processes like sales, service and marketing workflows.

- Solid proficiency in Deluge scripting, API integrations, and system automation.

- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and team collaboration skills.

- Experience with front-end technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
