Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Zoho Consultant and play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge CRM solutions for our valued clients. We are a leading solutions provider committed to delivering cutting-edge technology and exceptional service to meet our clients' diverse needs. As a Zoho Consultant, you will be leading implementing projects for our clients by designing, building, deploying, and maintaining high-quality Zoho One and CRM systems.

You may work on projects by yourself or with the assistance of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis ● Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.

● Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate plans to parallel overall business strategies.

● Own and develop relationships with users, working with them to optimize and enhance our system integration.

● Study and analyze information to turn business requirements into technical requirements.

● Analyze information needs to decompose high-level information to refine user requirements.

● Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce valuable reports.

● Constantly look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer.





● Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Development ● Develop software solutions using the Zoho API framework, Zoho Deluge scripting language, and 3rd party REST APIs.

● Develop custom functions using Deluge for Zoho Creator, CRM, Projects, Desk, People, Recruit, etc.

● Create tools and write custom scripts to automate the implemented business processes.

● Integrate Zoho with third-party applications.

● Develop and integrate customized Creator modules and reports with other Zoho Apps.

● Create, troubleshoot, and configure webhooks, workflows, and forms in various modules.

● Implementation, customization, and administration of a suite of enterprise Zoho applications including, but not limited to, CRM, Desk, Projects, Cliq, and custom extensions.

● Own the entire development life cycle (SDLC) from concept to production and support.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in software development or related field is preferred.

● 4+ years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience ● Excellent English is Mandatory ● Experience with Zoho One, generally, Zoho Deluge (Creator), and Zoho Flow workflow rules and custom functions.

● Experience leading or working in Zoho development teams and implementation projects.

● Solid understanding of automated SQA processes, practices, and technologies.
