Role Description The Zoho CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho CRM solutions to support ECHT Business operations. This full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves configuring modules, workflows, automation rules, and custom functions to align with business requirements.

The developer will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize CRM performance and usability. Daily tasks include integrating Zoho CRM with other business systems, managing data quality, developing reports and dashboards, and ensuring secure, efficient data handling.



The role also requires documenting technical solutions, providing user support, and contributing to ongoing improvements in customer relationship management processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Software Development, including scripting, customization, and problem-solving within Zoho and related platforms.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), particularly Zoho CRM configuration, workflow automation, and user management.
- Hands-on expertise in Integration, including connecting Zoho CRM with third-party applications and internal tools via APIs.
- Practical knowledge of Databases and data modeling, with the ability to manage, migrate, and optimize CRM data.
- Understanding of Web Services and RESTful APIs for building robust, secure integrations and custom functionalities.
- Relevant experience as a CRM or Zoho developer; certification in Zoho or related technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and document work clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
