We are looking for a Zoho CRM Administrator to own and manage our CRM platform, ensuring it supports the sales team's pipeline tracking, lead management, and reporting needs effectively. You will be responsible for configuring workflows, automations, and customizations, maintaining data integrity, and training users to get the most out of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Zoho CRM: user roles, permissions, modules, and layouts

- Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, macros, and automation rules

- Create custom modules based on business requirements

- Manage data quality — deduplication, imports/exports, field mapping

- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for sales leadership

- Integrate Zoho CRM with other tools (Zoho Recruit, email, marketing, telephony, etc.)

- Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing CRM training/support





- Collaborate with Sales Ops to translate business requirements into CRM configurations

- Stay current with Zoho CRM updates and recommend improvements

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM administration and configuration

Knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting (preferred)

Experience with workflow automation, blueprints, and custom functions

Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem integrations (Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, etc.)

Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management

Data management skills — import/export, deduplication, validation rules

Report and dashboard building

Valuable communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and user training
