Job Title: YouTube Video Editor

Location: Ahmedabad (Preferred) / Remote

We're looking for a YouTube-first video editor who understands how to make people stop scrolling and keep watching.

This role isn't just about cutting clips. We're looking for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, audience retention, thumbnails, hooks, and what makes long-form content perform on YouTube.

You'll be working on podcasts, interviews, news analysis, documentaries, explainers, and other YouTube-first content for a growing digital media platform. What You'll Do

Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–90 minutes).

Create engaging intros, hooks, transitions, and outros.

Improve storytelling and pacing to maximize audience retention.

Add graphics, motion elements, subtitles, B-roll, and sound design.

Create YouTube Shorts and social media cutdowns from long-form content.

Collaborate with the content and production teams during the editing process.

Maintain a consistent visual style across all videos.

Organize project files and meet publishing deadlines. What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience editing YouTube content.

Strong understanding of YouTube audience retention and watch time.





Excellent storytelling and editing instincts.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).

Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Audition is a plus.

Experience using AI editing tools is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

A portfolio showcasing YouTube videos you've edited.
