About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative YouTube Lead to drive the growth of our YouTube channel through strategic content planning, audience engagement, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing YouTube channels, leading content production, and leveraging analytics to build a high-performing digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage the content calendar for long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, podcasts, interviews, and live streams.
- Oversee the complete content production process, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and promotion.
- Collaborate with content writers, video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Optimize videos using YouTube SEO best practices, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, cards, and end screens.
- Monitor channel performance through YouTube Analytics and recommend data-driven strategies to improve subscriber growth, watch time, audience retention, and engagement.
- Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Drive audience growth through collaborations, community engagement, and innovative content formats.
- Manage monetization opportunities, brand integrations, and partnerships where applicable.
- Lead and mentor the YouTube content team while ensuring timely content delivery.
