As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the necessary materials, equipment, parts, procedures and qualifications are according to the OSP and the BH standing requirement
- Ensuring that the work is carried out according to agreed specifications
- Ensuring that the work is delivered according to agreed requirements
- Ensuring the use of materials and support substances according to specific requirements
- Ensuring that the workshop procedures are followed
- Ensuring that the workshop equipment, and facilities are suitable and in operational condition Ensuring that OSP is followed, filled in with necessary information, contain correct documentation and are signed after performed work.
- Reporting all non-conformances and malfunctions
- Promoting and ensuring compliance to company and regulatory EHS requirements expectations at all time
- Promoting and ensuring compliance to company and regulatory Quality management systems at all time
- Complying with BH and customer policies, procedures relating to Health,
Safety and Environment.
- Maintaining customer focus to meet operational deadlines
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Hydraulic Test Equipment, workshop, machine shop
- Have knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Interfaces of Test Equipment
- Be able to work in a busy environment and handle pressure
- Have experience working with procedures and documentation
- Ability to read and understand Schematics, Drawings and BOM (bill of materials)
- Able to comply with customer requirements, an evaluation that is based on the product structures complexity, or out of the requirements for safety, environment and property
- Have positive interpersonal skills as a team player or individual.
- Have good English both written and verbally
