Supply Chain Manager

At NES Fircroft, we're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our supplier management function and drive operational excellence across our global supply chain network

About the Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our supplier management strategy, ensuring supplier compliance, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting the business through effective procurement and vendor management practic es.You will lead a team of two and work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure our supply chain operations remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement supply chain and supplier management strate
- gies.Manage supplier selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and ongoing supplier relations
- hips.Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company requirem
- ents.Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficien
- cies.Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, implementing improvement plans where requ
- ired.Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and service le




- vels.Manage supplier audits, risk assessments, and business continuity plan
- ning.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, quality, and other business funct
- ions.Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.

What We're Looking

- Master's degree or professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, o
- r CIPS.5+ years experience in supplier, vendor, procurement, or supply chain mana
- gement.Experience working with international suppliers and global sourcing ne
- tworks.Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management
- skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abi
- lities.Experience using procurement platforms, ERP systems, and supplier management
- tools.Knowledge of contract management, sourcing best practices, and supplier comp
- liance.Understanding of sustainability and ethical sourcing prin
- ciples.Experience within staffing, engineering, energy, or related industries is advantageous.
