Working Capital Operations

Handle operational activities related to Working Capital products including:

Cash Credit (CC)

Overdraft (OD)

Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL)

Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit (where applicable)

Verify compliance with sanction terms and credit conditions prior to disbursement.

Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Sales, and External Vendors for timely processing.

Thorough verification of loan, security, and disbursement documents as per sanction terms and bank policy.

Scrutiny of borrower documents including:

Constitutional documents (MOA, AOA, Partnership Deed, Trust Deed)

KYC documents

Board/Partner resolutions

- Identification and rectification of discrepancies before disbursement.
