Insight Global is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to support a leading international consulting firm. This individual will join a team working on key HR and sourcing platform initiatives, focusing on the design, development, and enhancement of Workday integrations. This is a highly technical, hands-on role with minimal stakeholder management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations across HR and talent systems.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, and APIs.
- Support business processes related to onboarding, worker creation, payments, and other Core HCM functions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and enhance integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain integration documentation and deployment processes.
- Support cloud-based integration environments and associated AWS components where needed.

Required Qualifications

- 8-10 years of overall integration development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
- Extensive experience developing and supporting Workday Integrations.
- Experience with EIB, BIRT, and Workday integration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
- Experience supporting functional use cases including:

○ Employee onboarding

○ Worker ID creation and maintenance

○ Payment-related processes

- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of AWS.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating with recruiting and talent acquisition platforms.
- Previous experience supporting HR technology transformations or recruiting system implementations.
- Experience within consulting, professional services, or large global organisations.
