- Public-sector or large-enterprise HR transformation experience
Qualifications Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline — B.E./B.Tech, MCA, MBA (HR or Systems), or equivalent. For senior roles, the tenant experience matters far more than the degree.
What we offer
- Compensation benchmarked to the Hyderabad market based on experience and interview
- Workday Pro certification sponsorship and structured enablement
- Ground-floor role in a practice being built, not a seat in a large delivery factory
