Role Description The Workday Consultant / People Systems Analyst is based in Gurugram. This role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday and related people systems to support HR, and talent processes. Day to day responsibilities include Configuring, testing, and maintaining Workday modules including HCM, Talent, Absence, and Compensation.

Managing Workday security, business processes, and reporting.

Troubleshooiting system issues, resolve tickets,



and partner with HR, IT, and Finance on system enhancements.

Leading Workday enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and release management.

Building and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support business decisions.

Performing data audits and validation to ensure system accuracy and integrity.

Training end users, create documentation, and promote Workday best practices across the business.

Supporting other People systems and tools, including recruitment, surveys, and remuneration systems, while providing People & Culture reporting and metrics.

Qualifications and requirements

5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration and administration.

Strong expertise in at least two Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, or Talent.

Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and complex calculated fields.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
