- • Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SFB.
- • Help Desk operations and ITSM tools.
- • PowerShell.
- • Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- • Exchange and Skype for Business support.
- • GPO, DNS, DHCP management.
- • Help Desk escalation handling (Altitude).
- • End user and infrastructure issue resolution.
