Roles and Responsibilities :

- Monitor and analyze real-time data to optimize workforce capacity, rostering, and schedule planning.

- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for call volume, shrinkage, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to queue management, RTM (Real-Time Management), and workforce optimization.

- Provide insights on process improvements opportunities through data analysis.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role as Real Time Analyst or Workforce Planning Analyst.

- Solid understanding of capacity planning, rostering, schedule planning, queuing theory, and workforce management principles.

- Proficiency in using tools such as [insert specific software/technology].

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
