Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate business through Upwork and other online bidding platforms.

- Identify, qualify, and convert potential international clients.

- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and project estimations.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.

- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close business opportunities.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Manage complete sales pipeline through CRM.

- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

- Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales.

- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Robust understanding of Digital Marketing services and IT solutions.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
