? What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales / Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Development team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- ? Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- ? Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling
- ? Schedule meetings and product demonstrations
- ? Execute email marketing campaigns and prospect follow-ups
- ? Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers

• ? Follow up with prospects through the sales cycle until Purchase Order (PO) stage

- ? Maintain accurate sales activities and customer information in CRM
- ? Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to understand customer requirements
- ? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets

⭐ What We’re Looking For




- Graduate in any discipline

• 0–1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Confident and professional telephone etiquette

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
