Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for three Digital Marketing Executives based in Ahmedabad. These team members will plan, execute, and optimize performance advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube for D2C ecommerce brands. Daily responsibilities include managing ad accounts, monitoring KPIs, running A/B tests, optimizing creatives and audiences, and coordinating landing page and funnel improvements with the creative and tech teams.

The role also involves contributing to SEO efforts, supporting email and WhatsApp retention campaigns, and preparing performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.





Digital Marketing

Executives will collaborate closely with strategists and designers to ensure all campaigns align with brand goals and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

Strong skills in performance advertising for ecommerce, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.

Foundational knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page) and experience working with organic growth strategies.

Experience with retention and automation tools such as email and WhatsApp marketing platforms, including basic flows and segmentation.

Ability to work with conversion and funnel strategies, including landing page testing, A/B experiments, and understanding of CRO principles.

Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards, spreadsheets) and comfort interpreting data to drive decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced agency environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing.

Relevant experience in D2C ecommerce, fashion, beauty, home décor, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad and manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
