Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Wedding Planner to lead the planning and execution of an elite wedding project based in Chennai. This is a full time, on-site role requiring a dedicated professional who has successfully managed luxury weddings and can deliver exceptional guest experiences with meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling every aspect of wedding planning-from concept development and vendor management to budgeting, logistics, hospitality, and flawless event execution.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of a high-end wedding from inception to completion.
- Work closely with the family and stakeholders to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution schedules.
- Source, negotiate, and manage premium vendors including decor, catering, entertainment, hospitality, photography, transportation, and other event partners.
- Coordinate venue logistics, guest management, accommodation, travel, and hospitality services.
- Oversee all pre-wedding, wedding-day, and post-wedding events.
- Anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.
- Lead and coordinate multiple teams while ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in wedding planning or luxury event management.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing elite/luxury weddings with impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong network of premium vendors and service providers.
- Excellent project management, budgeting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby locations as required.
- Availability to commit full-time for a minimum period of 10 months.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in planning and executing Jain weddings will be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with traditional Jain wedding customs, rituals, timelines, and cultural expectations is highly desirable.
- Experience managing destination or multi-day luxury wedding celebrations is a plus.
