Role Description The Website Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of KRGKart.com and related web properties, ensuring site performance, usability, and accuracy of product information.

Manager will coordinate content updates, manage product listings and pricing, maintain site structure, and work with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotions.



The major responsibility is daily management of the products listed on website and pitch ideas towards digital marketing campaigns and overall marketing of the company.

Manager will also ensure alignment with brand guidelines, manage small web projects and enhancements, and uphold security and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Content Management and E-Commerce for managing product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and onsite content.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools to track performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics, and to generate actionable insights.
- Ability in Web Design and user experience principles to collaborate on layout, navigation, and visual consistency.
- Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver website updates, campaigns, and improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience managing e-commerce or retail websites is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
