We are seeking a seasoned Lead Consultant with expertise in webMethods to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with webMethods components and a proven track record of leading integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integration Solution Design:

- Develop end-to-end integration solutions using webMethods Suite (Integration Server, API Gateway, MWS, WM.IO, AT etc.).
- Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for integration projects.

1. Project Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of developers in delivering high-quality integration solutions.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute project deliverables while ensuring timelines and quality.

1. Development and Implementation:

- Design and develop interfaces, workflows, and business processes using webMethods Designer and other components.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA teams, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and IT standards.

1. Documentation and Best Practices:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals.




- Promote best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

1. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest webMethods features and integration technologies.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas for system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Mandatory:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in integration solutions, with at least 5 years working with webMethods Suite.
- Proficiency in core components:
- Integration Server, API Gateway, WM.IO, AT, Broker/Universal Messaging, MWS, Trading Networks etc.
- Strong understanding of SOA, REST, and SOAP-based services.
- Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

- Knowledge on DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for integration solutions.
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Certifications in webMethods or related technologies.
- Familiarity EDI, B2B and SAP BPT knowledge.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integrations (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a energetic team environment.
