Role Description The Web Development Intern will support the development and launch of the Your Safespace website and related digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with front-end and basic back-end development, implementing responsive layouts, integrating content and media, and ensuring an accessible, user-friendly experience.

The intern will collaborate with the founder and content team to translate brand and service offerings into intuitive interfaces, troubleshoot technical issues,



and contribute ideas to improve site performance and usability. This is an on-site internship role based in Aligarh, with working hours and duration to be discussed during the selection process.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in web development, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an interest in front-end frameworks.
- Basic understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility best practices.
- Ability to work with design tools or wireframes (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) to implement UI/UX concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn current technologies and frameworks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback and iterate on solutions.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or course in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in mental health, emotional intelligence, or relationship education is a plus, as is prior experience working on personal or academic web projects.
