Role Description This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Website Developer role based in Noida. The WordPress Developer will build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites that support Upsell Ecommerce's digital presence and business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing responsive pages, customizing themes and plugins, managing website content, optimizing website performance and security, and ensuring consistent functionality across devices and browsers.

The role also involves managing hosting through cPanel, handling domain, DNS, SSL, email configurations, and website migrations, troubleshooting technical and server-related issues, and deploying website updates.

The role involves collaborating with e-commerce specialists, designers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deploy updates. The Developer will also contribute to improving internal tools and workflows, maintaining website documentation, and following best practices in WordPress development, coding, testing, performance optimization, and security. Qualifications





Solid experience with WordPress Website development, including WordPress Admin, themes, plugins, custom post types, and backend management.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive web development.

Hands-on experience with cPanel, including managing files, databases, email accounts, SSL certificates, and DNS records.

Experience in domain, hosting, and website migrations, including transferring WordPress websites between hosting providers with minimal downtime.

Knowledge of domain management, DNS configuration, nameserver updates, subdomains, redirects, and email configuration.

Familiarity with hosting providers such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, Namecheap, SiteGround, Mochahost, or similar platforms.

Experience with MySQL, phpMyAdmin, website backups, restores, and server troubleshooting.

Ability to install, configure, optimize, and maintain WordPress websites, including plugin management, security hardening, caching, and performance optimization.

Web design capabilities to create user-friendly, responsive, and accessible interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.

Experience working with e-commerce platforms, APIs, or marketplace integrations (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsyis a plus).

Understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress SEO plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast SEO is a plus.

Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver reliable, maintainable code within project deadlines.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple websites and projects efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
