Job Responsibilities1. Website Development
- Design and develop responsive business websites.
- Develop company websites using modern technologies.
- Maintain existing websites.
- Fix website bugs and technical issues.
- Optimize website loading speed and performance.
- Work on frontend and backend development.
- Database management and optimization.
- Hosting and domain management.

1. ERP & CRM Software Development

- Develop new ERP and CRM modules.
- Customize software according to customer requirements.
- Create dashboards and reports.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces.
- Build secure backend systems.
- Integrate third-party APIs.
- Develop automation features.




- Maintain software security.
- Upgrade existing software modules.

1. Customer Software Demo

- Give online and offline software demonstrations.
- Explain ERP & CRM features professionally.
- Present software workflow to customers.
- Handle customer queries during demos.
- Support the sales team in technical presentations.
- Conduct product presentations through Google Meet and Zoom.

1. Customer Training

- Provide software training to new customers.
- Explain complete ERP workflow.
- Train customers on every software module.
- Conduct online training sessions.
- Prepare user manuals and training documents.
- Help customers understand system functionality.

1. Technical Support

- Provide technical support via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Remote Desktop.
- Resolve customer software issues.
- Troubleshoot login problems.
- Fix software bugs.
- Assist customers with installation and configuration.
- Coordinate with developers for issue resolution.
- Maintain support tickets.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Deliver excellent customer service.

1. Team Collaboration

- Work closely with Developers, Sales Team, Project Managers, and Management.
- Participate in project planning.
- Test software before deployment.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Follow coding standards.
- Deliver projects on time.
