We are seeking a reliable and skilled Plant Operator to manage and monitor machinery and systems in our industrial plant. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, attention to safety, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical or process issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and control industrial plant equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and perform basic maintenance.
- Record operational data and maintain logs of machine performance.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations quickly and appropriately.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs or improvements.
- Ensure product quality standards are met during production.
- Participate in shift rotations, including night shifts and weekends if required.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant setting preferred.
- Understanding of safety procedures and plant operations.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems for data entry and monitoring.
Preferred Certifications (if any):
- Boiler Operation Certification (if applicable)
- Safety or First Aid Training
