Job Title: Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer – LAP/Mortgage

? Locations: Indore, Manawar (Dhar), Rajgarh (Dhar), Sanawad – Madhya Pradesh

Experience Required: 6 months to 5 years in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales

Salary: Up to ₹3.25 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire potential customers for LAP/Mortgage products.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.

- Achieve assigned sales targets by actively promoting and selling LAP products.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

- Assist clients in the loan application process and ensure smooth documentation.





- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless loan processing and disbursal.

- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 months to 5 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales.

- Solid knowledge of loan products and financial services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
