Salary: ₹5 LPA to ₹10 LPA

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Preferred Relationship Manager to drive CASA sales and manage high-value banking relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail banking and portfolio management, with excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and manage high-value CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers.

- Develop and maintain robust client relationships to drive business growth.

- Provide personalized financial solutions to customers and enhance portfolio value.





- Ensure cross-selling of banking products such as loans, insurance, and investment products.

- Drive customer engagement through regular interactions and portfolio reviews.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch profitability.

Key Requirements:

✔️ 4-6 years of experience in Retail Banking.

✔️ Expertise in Portfolio Management and Relationship Building.

✔️ Strong knowledge of banking products and financial services.

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to drive sales targets and customer retention.
