We are seeking a skilled and cutting-edge 2D & 3D Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of visual design principles, experience in both 2D and 3D graphics, and a keen interest in integrating AI-powered tools into the creative process. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of creative projects in collaboration with our marketing, content, and curriculum teams.

Key Responsibilities:

2D Graphics & Design:

- Design visually appealing graphics for advertisements, collaboration posters, and marketing materials.

- Create cover images for videos and reels, content snapshots, and monthly report visuals.

- Develop visually consistent templates for certifications, curriculums, and presentation decks (PPTs).

3D Graphics & AI Integration:

- Create 3D visual assets using Photoshop 3D Panel and preferably Blender.

- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve design efficiency and introduce innovative design elements.

General Design & Team Collaboration:





- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and curriculum teams to align visuals with the brand identity.

- Produce designs optimized for digital platforms and social media, ensuring high visual engagement.

- Stay informed about the latest trends in graphic design, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in 2D and 3D design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, layout, and typography.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

- Familiarity with UI/UX tools and workflows using Figma.

- Experience using AI-powered design tools.

- Understanding of motion graphics and basic animation techniques.

- Basic video editing skills to support multimedia projects.

Compensation:

Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000

Note: Final salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and interview performance.
