Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Gandhinagar

Job Type: Full time

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Eligibility: Male candidates, up to 35 years of age

Qualification: Any Graduation / MBA in HR

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

- Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates.

- Facilitate the hiring process and manage employee onboarding.

Employee Relations:

- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace disputes.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

- Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure smooth communication.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Administer salary structures and benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Training and Development:

- Assess training needs and develop training modules.





- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

Performance Management:

- Implement performance appraisal systems.

- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees.

HR Administration:

- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed.

- Handle payroll processing and other HR-related administrative tasks.

Legal Compliance:

- Stay updated with employment laws and regulations.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
